Talk about Bathroom Decorating

One thing we recommend is to design the shower area so that it does not need an enclosure to keep water from splashing out. It really simplifies the task of keeping the bathroom clean. No moldy curtains or scum encrusted doors.

No seams to accumulate germs, and other stuff too gross to name. You could try enlarging the shower pan beyond the shower area so it would catch all the splashing water.

If you can do that and better, here is an idea that is almost too weird to try, make the shower pan large enough so it would contain the toilet.

Can you imagine the ease of keeping the toilet clean? Just scrub it all over with a large brush and rinse with a hand-held shower head.

When decorating your bathroom it is a good idea to try and think of the following:

Who will be using this bathroom
How many people at each time will be in the bathroom
Is there any storage for extra toilet rolls, towels and extra toothpaste etc
When you have figured who will be most likely using your newly decorated bathroom then you can decide exactly how to redecorate it. Keep in mind how many people will be using the bathroom at any one time, keep in mind how many bathroom mirrors will be needed, what size fan to keep the bathroom free of fog and the size of the basin.

Bathroom storage is also a factor that shows the difference between a good and great bathroom. Some items to keep in mind for storage are:

Bathroom towels for visitors
Extra toilet tissue
Extra soap and personal items
Other bathroom decorating ideas are:

Double sinks
Shower doors
Big bathroom vanity mirror
Skylight
Ceramic tile floor
Heated towel bar
Jacuzzi tub
Bathroom cabinet
